McGuireWoods Adds Real Estate Finance Partner S.R. Sidarth in DC

S.R. Sidarth joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its real estate finance practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced today.

Sidarth advises clients in the origination, sale, securitization, and servicing of multifamily loans sold to secondary market investors, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other financial institutions. His work covers the full spectrum of agency and non-agency loan products and includes complex deal structures such as seniors housing, credit facilities, cross-collateralized portfolios, forward commitments and bridge-to-agency products, the firm said.

He joins from Troutman Pepper.
