Mikaela Whitman has joined the insurance recovery team at McGuireWoods as a partner in Century City, Calif., and New York, the firm said Monday.
Whitman provides advice to policyholders in disputes with their insurers and works with in-house counsel on mitigating risk and maximizing value from insurance assets, according to McGuireWoods.
She joins from Pasich, where she was a founding partner, McGuireWoods said.
