Jason Griffith has joined McGuireWoods’ global private equity team as a partner in Chicago, the law firm said Monday.
Griffith counsels clients in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments and restructurings, covering middle-market transactions and deals exceeding $1 billion in value, according to McGuireWoods.
He joins from Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff in Chicago, according to the law firm.
