Jackie Wells has joined McGuireWoods as a counsel with the securities enforcement and regulatory counseling practice, the firm said Tuesday.
Wells served as a director in the enforcement department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, according to McGuireWoods.
She provides counsel on securities regulatory compliance and enforcement matters to companies and individuals in the financial services sector, including broker-dealers and investment advisers, McGuireWoods said.
