Andrew Knudsen joined McGuireWoods as a partner in Washington, DC, the firm announced Tuesday.
Knudsen’s practice focuses on civil litigation under environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Safe Drinking Water Act. He was lead counsel in cases involving PFAS chemicals and counseled agencies on the development of proposed and final rules under environmental statutes, the firm said.
He joins from the US Department of Justice’s Environmental Defense Section.
