Courtney Malveaux joined McGuireWoods as a labor and employment partner in Richmond, Va., the firm announced Tuesday.
Malveaux represents employers nationally in investigations and citations by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and other regulatory agencies, often in matters related to catastrophic incidents, the firm said.
He also represents businesses in employment law matters, including retaliation claims, employment discrimination, unemployment benefits, and wage claims, McGuireWoods said.
He joins from Jackson Lewis.
