Nancy B. Ryan has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Ryan has negotiated and managed commercial and technology agreements, including outsourcing arrangements, supply chain contracts, and data privacy and security agreements, according to McGuireWoods.
She served as a director at NetApp Inc., a multinational storage, data management, hardware, software, and cloud services company, McGuireWoods said. She also was senior counsel at Xerox Corp.
