Jeff Goldfarb has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Goldfarb represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and lenders in acquisition financings as well as advises banks, direct lenders, investors, sponsors, and borrowers in debt and preferred equity transactions, according to McGuireWoods .
He previously served as vice chair of Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s finance practice and joins McGuireWoods from Paul Hastings.
