Shanlon Wu has joined McGlinchey Stafford as a member of its white collar practice in Washington, the firm said Wednesday.
Wu’s clients include businesses and individuals in white collar, education, and commercial matters, and he has developed a niche defense practice representing university students and families as well as institutions and academic personnel in secondary and higher education investigations, according to the firm.
He counsels students in both academic and conduct violations, and has specific experience advising foreign students in investigative proceedings, the firm said.
