McDonald’s Lawyer Got $6.4 Million After Boston Scientific (1)

McDonald’s Corp. gave general counsel Desiree Ralls-Morrison almost $6.4 million after hiring her last year from Boston Scientific Corp.

The package is more than double the $2.7 million in total compensation earned in 2020 by former general counsel Jerome “Jerry” Krulewitch, who received nearly $3.3 million in 2019. Krulewitch retired after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

Ralls-Morrison joined McDonald’s nearly a year ago after spending the previous decade as legal chief for Boston Scientific and Boehringer Ingelheim USA Corp. She was not one of the five highest-paid executives at Boston Scientific in 2021 or 2020.
