McDermott Will & Emery Hires Litigation Partner Mary Schnoor

Mary Schnoor joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its litigation practice group in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Schnoor represents clients across various industries in developing and executing challenges to agency actions under the Administrative Procedure Act and other laws governing judicial review of government action. Her practice also includes advising and crafting arguments on statutory interpretation and constitutional issues.

She joins from Covington & Burling.
