McDermott Will & Emery Adds Turley as Employee Benefits Partner

Erin Turley rejoined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Friday.

Turley’s practice focuses on employee stock ownership plans and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the firm said. She advises on the design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, she advises employers on benefits issues related to corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
