McDermott Will & Emery has hired Skadden partner Alex Jupp as its UK tax head.
Jupp spent 18 years at Skadden and was promoted to partner in 2016, according to his LinkedIn. He replaces Kevin Cummings at McDermott in the role, who will remain as a partner at the firm.
“Alex is a top transactional tax lawyer known for his exceptional client service and ability to deliver tailored solutions,” said Timothy Shuman, global head of McDermott’s Tax Practice Group.
