Amy Bentsen (Boring) has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner with the firm’s litigation practice group in Atlanta, the firm said Wednesday.
Bentsen advises clients in the healthcare space and other sectors in white-collar criminal defense matters, according to McDermott.
She counsels corporations and individuals facing complex civil disputes, and provides strategic crisis management advise and compliance counseling, the firm said.
She joins from King & Spalding.
