Emily Chen joined McDermott Will & Schulte as a partner in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Chen represents organizations in complex commercial disputes and internal investigations, with a focus on class action litigation and securities enforcement matters. She brings antitrust and complex commercial matters experience, representing clients across higher education, healthcare, energy, technology, media and entertainment, and financial services sectors, the firm said.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where she was a partner.
