William Kloos rejoined McDermott Will & Schulte as a partner in its transactions practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Kloos brings trusted relationships with leading asset managers and advises across credit, private equity, and fund structuring and formation. His background includes fundraising with LPs and cultivating a broad sponsor network, and he was responsible for developing and overseeing legal policies and procedures, the firm said.
He joins from Cerberus.
