McDermott Recruits Candice Nichol as Tax Partner in London

Candice Nichol joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its tax practice in London, the firm announced Thursday.

Nichol works with private equity funds and investors on the structuring of international transactions across all asset classes, the firm said.

She also advises clients in the asset management, and financial institutions industries, with a particular focus on cross-border deals and fund and balance sheet structuring.
