McDermott Recruits Audrey Pumariega to Litigation Team in Miami

Audrey Pumariega has returned to McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the litigation practice group in Miami, the firm said Wednesday.

Pumariega served as an assistant county attorney in the tort liability and medical malpractice section and federal litigation section of the Miami-Dade County Attorney’s Office.

She has represented companies, accounting firms, individual accountants, and financial institutions as well as hospital systems, health insurance companies, physicians, ambulatory surgery centers, and management services organizations, according to McDermott.
