Ken Marlow, Wells Beckett, Stephen Page, and Spencer Green joined McDermott Will & Emery as partners in its health and life sciences practice group in a new office in Nashville, the firm announced Monday.
Marlow assists health systems, health-care providers, and private equity funds with mergers and acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and joint ventures, the firm said.
Beckett represents health-care organizations and investors in complex corporate and transactional matters. He guides clients nationwide through significant health industry transactions, including multistate mergers and acquisitions, national joint ventures, and strategic divestitures, the firm said.
