Elisabeth Dehareng joined McDermott Will & Schulte as a partner in its regulatory practice group in Brussels, the firm announced Monday.
Dehareng advises on IT, intellectual property, and new technology law, with a focus on privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. She leads complex cross-border data protection matters, and counsels clients on EU digital regulation, including the Digital Services Act, AI Act, Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act, and NIS2 Directive, the firm said.
She joins from from Baker McKenzie.
