McDermott Hires Litigation Partner Brian Glennon in Los Angeles

Brian Glennon has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner with its litigation practice group in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.

Glennon represents clients in commercial litigation including securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits and US Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement actions, and has also represented major accounting firms including Deloitte and KPMG in auditor liability matters, according to McDermott.

He has represented clients across many industries, including financial institutions and the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors, the firm said.

He joins from Latham & Watkins.
