Jared Gerber joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its litigation practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Gerber focuses on securities litigation, including securities class actions and shareholder derivative actions, appellate litigation, and other complex commercial litigation, the firm said.
He joins from Cleary Gottlieb.
