Robert Marshall has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice group in London, the firm said Friday.
Marshall, who will lead the cross-border executive compensation and benefits practice, has advised public and private companies on executive compensation and equity plan issues, according to McDermott.
He provides counsel advice on securities compliance and disclosure, tax, corporate governance, cross-border transactions and spin-offs, employment and severance packages, and stock exchange matters, McDermott said.
