Craig Garvey joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its transactions practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Garvey advises global public and private companies, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies, on equity offerings, bond issuances, liability management transactions, and acquisition financings, the firm said.
He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
