McDermott Finance Leader Bolts for Squire in UK Ahead of Merger

McDermott Will & Emery’s London-based head of structured finance jumped to Squire Patton Boggs in a similar role.

Ranajoy Basu will serve as Squire’s global head of structured finance, the firm said Monday. He leaves McDermott as it is set to merge with Schulte Roth & Zabel, the Manhattan firm known for its funds and financial services work.
