Matthew Madden has rejoined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its litigation practice group in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.
Madden, who started his career at McDermott as an associate, most recently served as the chief of the criminal division at the US Attorney’s Office in Chicago, according to the firm.
He has experience supervising investigations into securities fraud, healthcare fraud, insider trading, bank fraud, and terrorism, McDermott said.
