Leel Sinai joined McDermott Will & Schulte as a partner in its transactions practice group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Sinai advises financial institutions and fintech enterprises on regulatory frameworks, including federal and state banking oversight, trust company regulation, money transmission, lending compliance, and anti-money laundering protocols. His practice spans domestic and international financial markets, and he conducts regulatory diligence for corporate acquisitions and designs compliance and risk management frameworks for companies, the firm said.
He joins from Haynes Boone, according to his LinkedIn profile.
