Alexei Cowett has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the transactions practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Cowett works on acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, endorsements, and equity deals, according to McDermott.
He provides advice to growth companies, leading brands, entrepreneurs, and talent, McDermott said.
