Shaalu Mehra and Matthew King have joined McDermott Will & Emery in the transactions practice group in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.
Mehra, who joins in Silicon Valley, focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, and technology transactions, while King focuses on intellectual property and information technology strategic alliances, according to McDermott.
King, who will be in Los Angeles, deals with global and domestic technology and outsourcing transactions, said the firm.
Mehra advises multinationals and first-time founders and entrepreneurs throughout the innovation process, said McDermott.
