Julia Boyd has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the transactions practice group in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Boyd works on complex corporate transactions, representing private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds as well as portfolio companies, according to McDermott.
She also represents clients in connection with governance and executive compensation, McDermott said.
