Jay Greathouse has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the healthcare practice group in Austin, the law firm said Thursday.
Greathouse provides counsel on corporate governance matters and represents for-profit and nonprofit healthcare organizations and healthcare industry investors in transactions, according to McDermott.
He formerly served as a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, McDermott said.
