Audrey Scott joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its private client practice group in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, the firm announced Friday.
Scott’s practice focuses on family office operations, cross-border transactions, international tax structures, and multijurisdictional estate planning for wealthy founders and their families, the firm said.
