Peter Lagonowicz joined McCarter & English as a partner and leader of its international tax practice in Miami, the firm announced Wednesday.
Lagonowicz advises foreign clients in South Florida who wish to invest in the US or who choose the US as their hub for wealth management and family succession planning, the firm said.
Janine Kucaba also joined as special counsel. They join from Shutts & Bowen.
