McCarter & English Hires Jill Lebowitz as Tax, Estates Partner

Jill Lebowitz joined McCarter & English as a partner in its tax, employee benefits, trusts, estates, and private clients practice group in Newark, N.J., the firm announced Monday.

Lebowitz represents individuals, fiduciaries, family and corporate foundations, and charitable organizations in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax matters. Her practice spans the design and implementation of complex estate plans, trust and estate administration, family creation matters, fiduciary litigation, and advising tax-exempt organizations on governance and compliance, the firm said.

Abbey Horwitz also joined as special counsel. They join from Coughlin Midlige & Garland.
