McCarter & English Hires Immigration Partner Haberman in NY

Amy Haberman joined McCarter & English as a partner in the firm’s immigration practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Haberman advises domestic and multinational companies on employment-based immigration matters, including recruitment, transfer, and retention of foreign national executives across technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and other growth-focused sectors. She also counsels clients on immigration aspects of mergers and acquisitions, I-9 compliance, Department of Labor requirements, and long-term work authorization strategies.

She returns from Foley Hoag. Haberman held several leadership roles during her earlier tenure at McCarter, the firm said.
