Jason Navarino joined McCarter & English as a partner in its corporate practice group in Newark, the firm announced Tuesday.
Navarino’s practice focuses on middle-market transactions, where he represents clients on both buy-and sell-side matters across a broad range of industries, including technology, insurance, media, manufacturing, real estate, fintech, blockchain, and cannabis. He maintains an active cross-border practice, advising US clients investing abroad and inbound investors from a wide range of international markets, the firm said.
He joins from Riker Danzig.
