Former Justice Department antitrust attorney Robin Crauthers joined McCarter & English as a partner in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Crauthers advises clients in the technology, clean energy, sports, grocery, airlines, and retail industries on antitrust matters. She analyzes clients’ risk tolerance to ensure compliance with civil antitrust laws that govern operations and growth—contracts, employment law, mergers, and unfair competition.
She joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
