Robert P. Demchak has joined McCarter & English as a partner in the firm’s real estate practice group in both the Indianapolis, Ind., and New York offices, the firm said Wednesday.
Demchak will expand McCarter’s real estate practice in corporate governance, capital markets, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
He previously served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Washington Prime Group, said the firm.
