Khaled Klele has joined McCarter & English as a partner with the healthcare group in Newark, N.J., the firm said Tuesday.
Klele, who joins from Riker Danzig, represents clients in general commercial litigation matters as well as in disputes involving healthcare issues, according to McCarter & English.
His experience includes counseling on federal and state compliance issues, the governance, structuring, and operating of MSOs, representing clients in transactions, and overseeing facility licensing and disputes with departments of health, McCarter & English said.
