Jeffrey M. Mann has joined McCarter & English as a partner in its intellectual property practice group in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Mann has experience advising on, negotiating, and structuring license agreements, drafting opinions, and prosecuting patents and trademarks, according to McCarter & English. He works on patents dealing with the financial services, mechanical, electrical, computer science, and technology industry sectors, McCarter & English said.
He served as a partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in the intellectual property and technology department in New York.
