McCarter & English Adds Harry Park to IP Practice Group in DC

Harry Park has joined McCarter & English as a partner with the intellectual property practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Park represents businesses on unfair import actions involving Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 before the US International Trade Commission, counsels clients on patent and trademark prosecution matters, and provides patent portfolio reviews, freedom to-operate analyses, and pre-litigation due diligence, according to McCarter & English.

He advises South Korean companies with a focus on automobile technology, semiconductors, mobile communication devices, artificial intelligence, computer software, robotics, life sciences, and medical devices, McCarter & English said.
