James Budinetz and Peter Zarella joined McCarter & English as partners in the business litigation group in Hartford, Conn., the firm announced Tuesday.
Budinetz’s practice includes real estate disputes, insurance coverage matters, business torts, bet-the-company matters, commercial disputes, and business divorces, the firm said.
Zarella’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters involving breaches of contract, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, business divorces, and intra-company and contract disputes, the firm said.
They join from McElroy Deutsch.
