Isaac Maron has rejoined Mayer Brown as a partner in the firm’s tax practice and as a member of the global projects and infrastructure team in Washington, the firm said Tuesday.
Maron advises clients on the tax aspects of the development, financing, and acquisition of renewable energy assets, with clients that include project developers, investors and lenders, and private equity funds, according to Mayer Brown.
He focuses on transactions involving renewable energy assets and the monetization of tax credits and other tax incentives, the firm said.
He joins from Latham & Watkins.
