Mayer Brown Recruits Pohlus as NY Corporate & Securities Partner

Robert Pohlus has joined Mayer Brown as a partner with the corporate and securities practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Pohlus represents large-cap and middle-market private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in transactions, according to Mayer Brown.

He provides advice on leveraged buyouts of public and private companies, cross-border transactions, carve-out transactions, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and co-investments, Mayer Brown said.
