Mayer Brown Recruits Jason Parsont as Capital Markets Partner

Jason Parsont joined Mayer Brown as a partner in the capital markets and public companies and corporate governance practices in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Parsont’s practice focuses on exempt and public offerings, and he works with companies in multiple industries, including REITs, mortgage and specialty finance, and financial services, the firm said.

He also maintains a public company and corporate governance practice, advising registrants, issuers and investors on their Securities and Exchange Commission disclosures, regulatory developments, and related matters, the firm said.
