Mary McQuinn joined Mayer Brown as a partner in its real estate and real estate funds practices in Washington DC, the firm announced Tuesday.
McQuinn advises institutional investors, real estate funds, private REITs, and hotel operators on complex transactions, including joint ventures, financings, developments, acquisitions, and dispositions. She navigates sophisticated deal structures across multiple asset classes, with experience in hospitality, the firm said.
She joins from Goodwin Procter.
