Ross Montgomery joined Mayer Brown as a partner in its corporate and securities practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Ross advises European and international corporations on complex, cross-border transactions, with a focus on the financial services, insurance, TMT, sports, hospitality. and leisure sectors, the firm said.
He joins from Dechert.
