Samuel Dibble joined Mayer Brown as a partner in its corporate & securities practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.

Dibble advises public and private companies, investment funds, and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets financings. His practice spans M&A, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, and ongoing corporate advisory work, with experience in industries such as food and beverage, alternative energy, wine, and emerging sectors like blockchain and crypto, the firm said.

He joins from Baker Botts.
