Frederick Cristman and James Adams joined Mayer Brown as partners in its global leveraged finance and private capital group in Washington DC, the firm announced Monday.
The pair join from Hogan Lovells, where they were partners.
Cristman advises clients on commercial financing transactions, representing private credit and bank lenders as well as corporate and private equity borrowers in domestic and cross-border deals, according to his new firm. Adams represents both borrowers and lenders in debt financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border transactions such as acquisition financings, asset-based lending, and working capital and cash flow deals.
