Jan Henning Buschfeld will join Mayer Brown as partner in its litigation group in Düsseldorf, Germany, the firm announced Thursday.
Buschfeld advises national and international clients on litigation and arbitration mandates as well as antitrust damages litigation and mass claims, the firm said. He also advises on climate change-related liability and environmental, social, and governance risks.
He joins from Freshfields.
